As part of the state visit of President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the Kyrgyz Republic, a ceremony was held today, July 31, to sign and exchange bilateral documents aimed at further strengthening Kyrgyz-Azerbaijani cooperation in transport and logistics, energy, investment, digital, financial, humanitarian, and other areas.

The heads of state signed the Treaty on Alliance Relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the decision of the Interstate Council of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

A ceremony was also held to exchange the following documents:

- Agreement on International Automobile Communications between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

- Roadmap for Energy Cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026-2027;

- Roadmap for the implementation of the Cooperation Program between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2024-2029;

- Second Supplementary Agreement on Amendments to the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund dated October 11, 2022;
