In order to develop the agro-industrial complex, State support to agricultural commodity producers and food security of the country by the Ministry of water resources, Agriculture and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic are implementing 8 projects of preferential financing for a total amount of 12 billion 985,7 million soums.

As of today, in the framework of these projects, agricultural commodity producers have been granted preferential loans and leasing financing for a total amount of 8 billion 163,6 million soums, They have received state financial support.

Financing is provided under the following projects:

1. Financing of agriculture 14

OJSC Abank 2 billion 465,8 million soums;
OJSC Eldik Bank 2 billion 608,2 million soums.

2. Lending of the agro-industrial complex

OJSC Abank 486,7 million soums;
OJSC Eldik Bank 1 billion 431,9 million soums.

3. Financing of united product producers

OJSC Abank 46,8 million soums;
OJSC Eldik Bank 202,1 million soums.

4. Development of the breeding livestock of the Kyrgyz Republic

OJSC ABank 176,2 million soums;
OJSC Eldic Bank 529,2 million soums.

5. Development of seed farms and pet farms of the Kyrgyz Republic

OJSC ABank 1,5 million soums;
OJSC Eldic Bank 10,0 million soums.

6. Development of meat cluster for industrial breeding of cattle in Chui region and Bishkek city

At present, organisational activities are being carried out and work is underway to prepare the necessary regulatory and legal framework for the project.

7. On financing water-saving irrigation systems

The project is being implemented through the OJSC State financial holding. Currently, organizational activities are underway to launch the financing mechanism.

8. Transfer of agricultural machinery to leasing

Through the OJSC Eldik Bank 103 units of agricultural machinery for a total amount of 205.2 million soums have been leased.

The projects of preferential financing implemented by the Ministry contribute to expanding the financial capabilities of farmers and agricultural commodity producers, the introduction of modern technologies, increased production and sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex.
