Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev Meets with ALIPH Foundation Executive Director Valérie Freland
<p style="text-align: justify"><span>On 24 February 2026, in Geneva, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zheenbek Kulubaev, held a meeting with the Executive Director of the ALIPH Foundation, Valérie Freland.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span>During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the ALIPH Foundation in the field of cultural heritage divservation.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span>The Minister emphasized the Kyrgyz side’s interest in further expanding partnership with the Foundation, strengthening expert-level engagement, and drawing on international best practices in the protection of cultural assets. In turn, the Executive Director confirmed the Foundation’s readiness to continue supporting projects in Kyrgyzstan.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span>Particular attention was given to promoting cultural diversity and enhancing intercultural dialogue, including the significance of the World Nomad Games as a unique platform for showcasing and promoting traditional heritage.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify"><span>Following the meeting, the parties exdivssed confidence that the exchange of views would provide additional impetus to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation.</span></p>
