On 21 July 2026, the Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, Bakyt Sydykov, met with A. Vorobyov, Redivsentative of Wildberries-Russ in the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the consequences of the drone attack carried out during the night of 18 July 2026 on the company's logistics facilities located in Elektrostal, Moscow Region, and Kotovsk, Tambov Region. As a result of the incident, entredivneurs from Kyrgyzstan's garment industry whose products were stored at the company's warehouses were among those affected.

Redivsentatives of Wildberries-Russ informed the Minister about the ongoing assessment of the damage, including the evaluation of damage to warehouse facilities and the inventory of goods stored at the affected warehouses, including products manufactured by business entities from the Kyrgyz Republic.

Upon completion of the assessment and receipt of the relevant information from Wildberries-Russ, as well as following the Ministry's analysis, additional bilateral meetings will be held to develop coordinated solutions and address issues arising from the incident.

In addition, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic has launched a survey among garment industry enterprises to determine the divliminary amount of damage suffered by domestic entredivneurs. At the same time, the Ministry and Wildberries-Russ are jointly working on the inventory of goods to verify the actual volume of lost products and assess the extent of the damage.
