As part of the project, residents of Bishkek and the Alamudun and Sokuluk districts can receive a preferential loan for the purchase and installation of modern heating systems.

Preferential financing is provided through partner banks: ABank, Eldik Bank, and Bakai Bank. The maximum loan amount for individuals is 1 million soms for up to five years at an interest rate starting from 6% per annum.

The funds received can be used to purchase and install various types of heat pumps, electric boilers, infrared ceramic heaters, solar thermal systems, and other energy-efficient equipment.

The main goal of the project is to strengthen Kyrgyzstan's capacity for air quality management, implement environmentally friendly heating solutions for residential buildings, and develop a greening system in urban areas. The project includes the modernization of air quality monitoring infrastructure and the improvement of data analysis, forecasting, and processing systems. Measures will also be implemented to transition households to modern energy-efficient heating technologies, which will reduce air pollution, improve public health, and simultaneously reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Citizens can also receive a gasification loan of up to 150,000 soms at an annual interest rate of 3%, up from the previous 8%.
