The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic informs foreign nationals and stateless persons that, from 1 to 31 July 2026, pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, they are granted the opportunity to voluntarily leave the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic without being held liable for violations of migration legislation and without paying the consular fee for the issuance of an exit visa.

This measure is intended to help regulate the migration situation and provides foreign nationals with an opportunity to leave the Kyrgyz Republic voluntarily without the application of administrative sanctions.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes that the Presidential Decree applies exclusively to voluntary departure and does not constitute grounds for legalizing a foreign national's stay in the Kyrgyz Republic.

Foreign nationals who have overstayed their permitted period of stay or otherwise violated the migration legislation are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and regularize their legal status by voluntarily departing the country within the specified period.
